Privacy and terms
This page explains what neonminds.ai collects, what happens to it, and the terms on which the site is offered. neonminds is an initiative of Winds & Water, a digital agency co-founded in San Francisco in 2001.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the information you type in: your name, email address, company (optional), who introduced you (optional) and message (optional). We use it to reply to you and, if the conversation continues, to prepare for working together. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
The form is delivered through Formspree, a third-party form service, which stores submissions on our behalf and emails them to us. Formspree's own privacy policy applies to that processing.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see how the site is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and what kind of device they use. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to tell returning visits apart, and Google processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy policy. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not combine it with anything you send through the contact form.
You can block analytics with a browser extension or by disabling cookies for this site; the site works the same either way. Beyond this, the site does not use advertising trackers.
If you email hello@neonminds.ai directly, we keep the correspondence as part of normal business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete the information you sent us at any time, through the contact form or by writing to hello@neonminds.ai.
Terms of use
The content of this site is provided for general information about neonminds and its work. It is not advice, and nothing on it forms an offer or a contract. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.
The site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we make no warranty that it is error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it, to the extent the law allows.
The text, design, graphics and images on this site belong to Winds & Water or are used with permission. You may link to the site and quote from it with attribution; copying or reproducing it beyond that needs our written permission. The neonminds name and wordmark may not be used without permission.
Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
These terms and this privacy notice are governed by the laws of the State of California. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
