Founder
Iva Koberg is a creative builder at heart. She co-founded Winds & Water, a digital agency, in San Francisco, and has led technical and creative teams across education, technology and finance, including SaaS products. She has worked with machine learning since well before large language models, enough to tell the hype from the right tool and to say so. Clients tend to keep her in the room where the thinking happens. She holds the work to two standards. It has to be built right, and it has to be a pleasure to use. The team is small and senior.
AI expands what software can do. The work remains rooted in understanding the business: which information matters, how people make decisions, where judgment is required and where software can take over. That is the work we love.
